ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Lindsey and I've been around baking my whole life. I come from a family where the birthday cakes and the Christmas cookies are always homemade. It was only a matter of time before it became one of my favorite hobbies. I started with the basics: chocolate chip cookies, brownies, muffins, etc. Then, I used my artistic skills to move onto making and decorating cakes and cupcakes. Eventually, I stepped into the world of sugar cookies and royal icing and it's now my specialty.

Let Me Know Baking was born in 2023 after I graduated college with a BFA in graphic design. With more free time, I wanted to spend as much of it as I could doing what I love.
